MY THOUGHTS ON DIVERSITY:

Diversity is not only diversity of ethnic background and gender, but also age, sexual orientation and work and life experience.  We should treat each other with dignity, respect of ideas, and be polite as well as sensitive.  We need, as a people, to appreciate values while celebrating differences.  We are unique people; we are multi-cultural.  Let's promote understanding and the benefits of diversity while celebrating our differences and similarities.
